  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons CREAM® CORN STARCH
  • 1 1/2 cup maple pancake syrup
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 9? unbaked pie shell


  1. Combine well beaten eggs, salt, vanilla, CREAM® CORN STARCH, sugar, and maple syrup; mix thoroughly. Stir in pecans and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees F, then reduce heat to 325 degrees F and bake 30 minutes more, or until a knife inserted in the center of the filling comes out clean.
