chocolate mint pudding


  • 3 Tablespoons CREAM® Corn Starch
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup mint chocolate chips


  1. In a medium saucepan; combine CREAM® Corn Starch, sugar and salt. Gradually add milk and mint chocolate chips. Heat to boiling over low heat and then boil gently two minutes, stirring constantly. Pour into dessert bowls, cover and refrigerate until firm.
  2. For Chocolate Pudding, use semi-sweet chocolate chips in place of mint chocolate chips.
  3. For Vanilla Pudding, omit chocolate chips and add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract after removing saucepan from heat.
  4. For Coconut Pudding omit chocolate chips, add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup shredded coconut after removing saucepan from heat.
