jalapeño potters

Ingredients

  • 1 3 oz. can ARMOUR® STAR POTTED MEAT WITH CHICKEN AND BEEF
  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 12 jalapeño chilies*
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1-½ cups bread crumbs
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine first 2 ingredients, mix well. Clean out jalapeños and remove stems.* Fill jalapeños with meat mixture. Coat jalapeños with flour, then with egg, and finally with bread crumbs. Repeat if jalapeño is not fully coated. Deep fry until golden brown.
  2. *Be careful when dicing jalapeños, they are hot and may irritate your eyes.
