Ingredients

  • 1 12-oz. can ARMOURŪ STAR TREET or PREMIUM PORK, drained, cut into 8 slices
  • 1 16-oz. can sweet potatoes, drained
  • 1 8-oz. can pineapple slices, drained
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup prepared mustard
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Divide Treet, sweet potatoes and pineapple slices among four 12-inch squares of aluminum foil. Mix together brown sugar and mustard. Spoon over pineapple and sprinkle with cranberries. Fold foil into packets and place on baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.
  2. Treet Potato & Peas Packets:
    Use 1 12-oz. can ARMOURŪ STAR TREET or PREMIUM PORK (drained and cut into 8 slices), 2 medium new potatoes (thinly sliced), 1 cup frozen peas, 1 10 3/4-oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup and dried oregano. Divide Treet, potatoes, peas and soup among four 12-inch squares of aluminum foil. Sprinkle with oregano. Fold foil into packets and place on baking sheet. Bake 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

    Tip:
    Packets can also be grilled.
