Sweet & Sour Treet Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 8 8-inch wooden skewers
  • 1 12-oz. can ARMOURŪ STAR TREET or PREMIUM PORK, drained, cut into 24 cubes
  • 1 small green pepper, cut into 8 chunks
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 8 small fresh mushrooms
  • 8 2-inch pieces green onions
  • 8 pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup sweet and sour sauce

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water while preparing ingredients. Alternately thread 3 Treet cubes, 1 green pepper, 1 cherry tomato, 1 mushroom, 1 green onion and 1 pineapple on each skewer. Place skewers on grill or grill pan. Brush with sauce. Grill 10 minutes, turning and brushing occasionally with sauce.
