Creamy Beef Roll-Ups


  • 2 2.25-oz. jars ARMOURŪ STAR SLICED DRIED BEEF, rinsed
  • 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp. horseradish
  • 8 VLASICŪ KOSHER DILL SPEARS, drained, cut into lengthwise halves


  1. Separate dried beef into double slices, making 16 in all. Combine cream cheese and horseradish, blending thoroughly. Spread 1 Tbsp. cheese mixture on each double beef slice and top with a pickle. Roll up. Serve immediately or chill until serving time.
