Ingredients

  • 1 2.25 oz pkg ARMOURŪ STAR SLICED DRIED BEEF, rinsed, cut in thin stips
  • 1 2.25 oz can sliced pitted ripe olives, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 cup (4 oz) shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup low-calorie Italian salad dressing
  • 3 pita bread rounds

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except pita bread and toss lightly. Chill. Cut pita bread in half crosswise and slit pockets. Spoon mixture into pita bread halves.
